This event is organized by volunteers and made possible by donated goods, time, & money. Maybe you have some extras of these things at home that you could give or lend. Maybe you have a gift card to somewhere that you yourself don’t need anything from. Even if it’s a little bit, lots of donations add up! Please contact northeast@climateconfluence.org if you are able to help.
Our needs include:

Travel: gas cards, travel money, use of vehicles (especially vans & buses), hybrid/mountain bikes & bike carts for Security, moving water, etc.

Office and/or art supplies: pens, pencils, markers, paper, paint, canvas, printing supplies & costs, laptop computers, printers, flip-charts, glue, etc.

Outdoor gear: tents, sleeping bags, sleeping pads, rain gear, tarps, flash lights, batteries, inflatable mattresses, pillows, water bottles, snake bite kits, bug repellent, sunscreen, etc.

Audio/video/technology: digital cameras (still and/or video), digital voice recorders, microphones, amps/speakers/PA equipment, cables, computers, printers, projectors, extension cords, walkie talkies, batteries, etc.

General materials & tools: tarps & large event tents, lumber, gravel, woodchips & sawdust, chicken wire, shovels, rakes, nails, hammers, screwdrivers, saws, duct tape, etc.

Food: vegetables, fruit, and herbs (preferably grown in the Northeast), rice, oats, and other grains, pasta, bread, tortillas, beans, lentils, tofu, tempeh, oil, spices, salt, soy or rice milk, jellies, nut butters, bulk foods.
– Note: We need food for 400 people for 8 days!

Kitchen supplies: large pots, pans, & cooking dishes, woks, utensils, mixing bowls, coolers, cleaning supplies, clean food-grade 5-gallon buckets & 55-gallon drums, etc.
